I have added the missing piece and merged and committed your patch
into CVS.

There were libedemo, libgalloc, libblt, libovl, libggimisc, libggi3d,
libxmi, libgcp, libwmh, libgpf and libgic. I have fixed the
confdir problem of all those libs in the meantime (and committed to 
CVS).
