It's been dead for a long while and needs to be rewritten to use the IPC
target instead (in order to move the VNC server out of the GGI process).

If you're using a new code base (which I welcome you to), don't bother
with the old code.  (The other disadvantage is I actually have to dig it
up from old backups <g>)
