I've been messing a lot with the documentation,
which is hopefully becoming somehow cleaner!

Everything is now at http://www.ggi-project.org/docs
It is automatically generated on ibiblio.

In the book, every entries in LibGII API, LibGGI API,
LibGII Reference and LibGGI Reference are also found
in automatically built manpages.

Tell me if you feel something is missing in the manpages.
I'm going to clean-up the sgml entries in ggi-core/*
