libggi demos

Hi!


I just have imported all libggi demos in the ggi-demos CVS module as they
were in the old ggi CVS. These demos don't merely show functionality, they
also show design-issues like how to use threads or shared memory with
libGGI.

Thayne: They don't have a complete build system yet. Just having one
Makefile there isn't enough.
