Upcoming release

Hi all!

We'll make a new release on sunday (evening CET) for libgii, libggi
and libggimisc. Everybody please read, complete and hopefully fix the
immediate issues listed libgii, libggi and libggimisc TODO files.

When we're ready, I'll rebuild the manpages, commit them along
with ChangeLogs and tag the cvs repositories.
