Query about an issue (a BUG): Any samples ?

We found a Bug listed in TODO list

- Both X and Xlib targets do n't handle the colors correctly,
  when Xserver uses AGBR insted of RGBA

Can somebody explain this with a sample ?
Is anybody working on this (fixing this) ?
