Hi, > Well, if you mean a fullscreen _display_ by "fullscreen window", then > how about using fullscreen targets such as xf86dga, svgalib or fbdev?
Well, one of the reasons I'm using GGI is that I don't want to think about this kinda stuff. But I think I it might be a good idea to have functions that give you back a maximum visual size. And under X you *can* do fullscreen stuff as well (maybe that's xf86dga?) - although it doesn't work very good on my system. >>By the way, am I correct when thinking that libgalloc is part of the >>ggi core? > > Yes. But it hasn't been majored than libgii and libggi. I think a slip of your finger caused the previous line to be non-understandable. :) > That depends on what you want to do. :) > If you wanna try out new things, then why not? We would be glad to get > some feedback! Ok, maybe I'll give it a try once I finished some more important stuff of the library I'm writing. > Atari Pascal? Are you about in writing a GGI wrapper? Yes, I'm writing a GGI (and GII) wrapper for GNU Pascal - not for Atari Pascal :) It only contains the stuff I think is usable for the project I'm working on, so I don't think it's a wrapper in the usual way, because it simplifies a lot. I also wrote wrappers for freetype and libsndfile, and I will probably do more, since I'm supposed to port quite a big program. called Autobusk. In which I probably won't succeed, because the code looks like a big mess. But I managed to get Clarence started with programming under Linux, so he will be able to figure out the Autobusk stuff himself. When I feel that I have the stuff running smoothly I will of course give it back to the public :) greetz, Kasper
