Nope. It's quite what you are looking for. I use it quite extensively in
eccet. Only thing that I miss is how to query the window manager about
decoration widths and how the WM inteprets positioning info (relative to
decoration or relative to window content ...)

Anyone knowing how to get that info easily and for all windowmanagers is
very welcome. It's kind of annoying that my windows are spaced apart 
differently depending on the WM.
