I'm the source of ghc-clang-wrapper. I can add "-Qunused-arguments" easily enough.
I just last night ran across the spaces problem - and I'm not entirely sure the bug is in ghc-clang-wrapper! I'll investigate... turns out all you need to do is try to compile something that is in a directory with spaces in it. - Mark
