· sudo add-apt-repository ppa:hvr/ghc-wsl · sudo apt-get update · sudo apt install cabal-install-3.0 Why did I do that? Because earlier versions of cabal crashed with a mysterious “The futex facility returned an unexpected” something like this https://github.com/Microsoft/WSL/issues/3881 or this https://github.com/reflex-frp/reflex-platform/issues/293 Apparently Herbert’s 3.0 does not fail in this way.
