Hi, I am trying to contribute to GHC and am a complete newbie at this.
The new contribution guide pointed me to the issues page(I was able to build the GHC from the code), and I was able to find this <https://gitlab.haskell.org/ghc/ghc/issues/16766> feature request. However it does not have any information apart from the feature information. Could someone please add more information to the issue?
