It would be pretty awesome if any enumeration (all-nullary constructors)
could be treated as codegen-equivalent to `Int#` internally, with Enum,
Eq, and Ord just being wrappers around the obvious primops. Though I'm
not sure what the moving parts of such a proposal would be.
