 Define:

 {{{
 data A = A (forall a. a)
 type B = forall a. a
 }}}

 and in ghci we see:

 {{{
 Prelude> :i A
 data A = A (forall a. a)        -- OK
 Prelude> :i B
 type B = a                      -- "forall" missing
 }}}

 This is a minor issue, but since "type B = a" is not valid Haskell I'm
 reporting it.
