Is Ada a real barrier ? VHDL looks like Ada so I thought any VHDL writers should be able to understand Ada. I try to avoid most of Ada advanced features. That said, I understand that GHDL is not a small program and it might be difficult to understand it. Comments are welcome as the real weakness of GHDL is the lack of contributors.
