Hi,

nobody mentioned Code::Blocks so far. Originally an IDE with
multiplatform and C-Support. But has some rudimentary understandings of
VHDL, including highlighting and code-completition. Can interact with
Makefiles and external tools. But sadly, development of the VHDL-Part is
inactive and incomplete...
