Plan B: Although not directly linked from the GHDL download page, older-than-0.26 versions of the windows installers are here: http://ghdl.free.fr/ghdl-installer-0.24.exe http://ghdl.free.fr/ghdl-installer-0.25.exe I'm now using 0.25, which runs my regression tests correctly! Plan C: Searching turned up an older 0.27 Cygwin build & instructions: http://home.comcast.net/~bp_labs/software/ghdl/index.htm This runs the tristate example with no issues, haven't tried the full testbench yet. Plan D: If I remove all tristate buses from my design to avoid the std_logic resolution problem, the 0.29.1 Windows GHDL build will also run my regression tests without crashing.
