OK, I'll patch that back in; it would be useful if you can check and
correct what I've done.
I misunderstood your Jan 10 message to mean that the existing Wiki was
out of date in that respect now that the libs are supplied; not that
they are supplied (but not correctly installed) on Windows.

No, please push it to the trunk (default). 

If it is possible to supply binary installs for Windows, with the math
libraries pre-installed, that would be a cleaner way to fix this issue
for 0.31.

My fault entirely. There is some urgency to get a new ghdl release into
Debian (allowing them to retire gnat-4.4 or 4.5 without deleting ghdl)
and I allowed that to warp the release process.

This is a learning process for me! I'm going to pick over the wreckage
and make a checklist for future releases.
