No differences are seen between 0.31 and the current trunk [015407] for
this issue.

p.s. When using [015407], I had to delete the "work-obj93.cf" file
before each run, or else:
c:\ghdl\ghdl-015407\bin\ghdl.exe: cannot update library file
"work-obj93.cf"
