No, there is currently no way to do that although the modifications wouldn't be very difficult to do.
Assuming statically linking multiple elaborations together is impossible, I think the best alternative would be linking each VHDL subprogram into its own shared library and then dynamically loading them at runtime. Is that the best solution possible?
