I have tried this also sometimes longtime ago. I would see some problem in my Code. Error boundery range or such this.
To be short, set a breakpoint on __ghdl_fatal.
My problem was to disthinguish GHDL am my VHDL. I want only step my code and not the internal of GHDL.
