cocotb claimed to be compatible with ghdl, and I tried and failed at a point in time before the changelog of ghdl claimed compatibility with cocotb. https://github.com/potentialventures/cocotb/issues/304 I am pulling in cocotb and ghdl at regular intervalls to stay on the tip of the development code, but so far I have not been able to get cocotb running with ghdl. I don't know if cocotb team and ghdl team is communicating on this.
