for unbuffered output support to try the patch because I don't have a
test case. The patch is available on the related issue ticket. If
everything works, I will make a pull request.
The code is correct, but you could simplify it: instead of adding two
new functions to grt-cbinding.c, you can simply export setbuf in
grt-stdio.ads, and call it directly from Ada code.
Also, don't forget to document this new option in Simulation_and_runtime.rst
