Hm, I am not a cvs expert and fail to fetch the latest via 'cvs update'
(it says it updates files, but 2020-august/ is missing). No idea what is
going on.

The entire contents of 2020/ were removed in:

Remove some obsolete files
But I don't think a 2020-january nor 2020-august directories were
committed. Who did that transition? John?
Oh never mind.
Tim: you have to pass -dPA to cvs update. Then you will get the newly
created directories...
