Hello, There is an organization called “Linux Kullanıcıları Derneği” in Turkey. They do a free bootcamp every year about software development, free softwares and linux. I don't have any contact from this organization. They have a websites as www.lkd.org.tr<http://www.lkd.org.tr>. Maybe they can get contact with them if needed.
