Could you try to launch CSnake from the command line, with something like:
C:\Program Files (x86)\CSnake\csnGui.exe and tell me what is the error? If
nothing comes out, you can try to locate the CSnake log file and send it to
me? It should be in your user folder, something like:
C:\Users\Yves\.csnake\log.txt for windows 7, C:\Documents and
Settings\Yves\.csnake\log.txt for windows XP or
/home/Yves/.csnake/log.txt under Linux.

Good morning,
I have the following problem with CSNAKE:
The program does not achieve to start. CSNAKE opens the black window, but
just at the moment this windows dissappears and not allow to load the
normal menu ( Grey windows).
Before I reinstalled the program, but the failure continues.
