Dear Rizwan,
To create a command line plugin I recommend you to follow the tutorials
that you can find here:
https://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/gimias/index.php?title=Developer_tutorials_for_GIMIAS_1_3
You will find several examples in the folder thirdParty\SLICERAPPS.
Best regards,
Xavi

Dear Rizwan,
Your work looks very interesting! I hope you can integrate your
tools easily in GIMIAS. I recommend you to use Command Line Plugins as starting
point. You can find several tutorials in the developer’s web site. To build
Gimias source code I recommend you to follow the steps you will find in this
web page, in the section “Building GIMIAS source code”:
https://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/gimias/index.php?title=GIMIAS-1.3
If you need something else, please don’t hesitate to contact me.

Dear Xavi,
Thanks for your response.
We are working at National University of Sciences and Technology, Islamabad and
working to develop a PACS system.
Our medical research group page is http://mrad.seecs.nust.edu.pk/
and I am Rizwan Rasul http://mrad.seecs.nust.edu.pk/member.html
We have developed an application for EEG signal viewer and similarly developed
volume rendering and MPR tools for dicom data. I went through your developed
GIMIAS tools and it seemed exciting to explore your work. Installed GIMIAS and
checked it out and it was amazing.
Need to check if I can compile it to add my tools as widgets for better
representation. If you have no objection in utilizing your work please allow me
to download whole repository. I have downloaded repository from
https://svncistib.upf.edu/repos/toolkit/gimias/development/trunk/ but it seems
to be older version and doesn't contain all the compilation tools such as
CSnake.
Waiting for your kind reply and thanks for the concern.
Regards,
Rizwan Rasul

Dear Rizwan,
To access to GIMIAS source code you can take a look at the
developer’s page for last stable version (anonymous access):
https://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/gimias/index.php?title=GIMIAS-1.3
Could you please provide us more details about what is your
interest on GIMIAS. We can provide you better support if you could fill the
user registration form that you will see when executing GIMIAS for the first
time.
Thanks,
Xavi
