remove this file and start GIMIAS again. An empty one will be created.
In Wnidows, this file is located in your personal folder:

Windows 7:
C:\Users\<YourUserName>\AppData\Roaming\gimias\v1.3.0\config.xml
The folder "Application Data" is hidden. You need to enable the
folder option "Show hidden files" to see it.
