Hello all,

I have been trying to load 4D ultrasound data into GIMIAs to use the
cardiac segmentation plugin included in cardiotools.

What image format can I use to do so? vtk does not support, apparently,
4d data, when I use mhd or nii it says It can only read images of
dimension 1, 2 or 3.

I cannot use the dicom format right now (it is Philips data and it is
encrypted).

I have been trying with GIMIAS 1.3 for windows 64b. For some reason, 1.4
beta gives some error saying that it does not find the config file.#

Thanks for the help!

Alberto.
