Hello Xavi, I have some doubts about the last things of my plugin. Firts I have implemented the option to select 3 point from the vtk mesh but it doesn´t work well. What is the mode to select diferent points? First left mouse click until you have select al the points and then rigth click? In order to have some example I´m watching the SandboxPluginResampleProcessor.cxx but I don´t know if I must use this method. If you want I can send you mi code.
The second thing is to know if GIMIAS has implemented any geodesic function how serve to select the nearest point from the mesh calculated with the points previously selected. And the last thing is to create a bulleye graph to show the statistics of mi purkinje tree. For that I am looking the coreBullEyePlotWidget.cxx from CardioToolsPlugin but I don´t know if it is the rigth code. In mi plugin I have to open a file and then plot the results that are written in it. Thank you for the help.
