Hi Oscar,
Thanks for your feedback. IT technicians took a look at the
error and they found a problem with the SVN server security manager. The SVN
server will be reset from 13.00h to 13.30h of today, Wednesday 7th
September, in order to fix this issue.
Please, give us more feedback if the problem still remains.

Hi all,
I'm trying to checkout the repository
(https://svncistib.upf.edu/repos/toolkit/gimias/stable/GIMIAS_1_4_0_RC), but
having downloaded most of its contents, it stalled and finally stopped. I
was using tortoiseSVN on windows 7.
I installed smartSVN and applied the advices on this wiki
(http://sourceforge.net/apps/mediawiki/gimias/index.php?title=HowToBuildGimi
as_1_4_0_InWindows_Step_1). But the problems still remain the same:
An error occurred while processing SVN command.
connection refused by the server PROPFIND request failed on
'/repos/toolkit/gimias/stable/GIMIAS_1_4_0_RC/src/Apps/Plugins/ImageToolsPlu
gin/processors/coreChangeOrientationProcessor.h'
(OK)
I've tried setting up the proxy and the timeout for https, unsuccessfully.
