Hi Aida,
The option "Orient images to LPS orientation when reading"
that is available in the Preferences->Global, reorients the images when
these are read from disk. It affects the processing data.
To change the visualization, you can create your custom
working area and configure the orientation of the visualization, in the menu
Views->Windows->Working Area Configuration.

I have one question about the automatic orientation of the images to LPS.
When this option is checked, the orientation affects only the visualitzation
of the images or it also modifies the data?
