of GIMIAS-1.4.1 in my computer and I have no problems. Could you please try
to put it in your browser and check if you can access to it?

I remember that in your office, David Soto needed to
configure the proxy settings in SmartSVN. In the web site you have a brief
explanation of this:

Could you please ask to your IT group about your proxy
configuration? We can also ask to David Soto if he remembers it.
