Hi,
Using the Crooping Tool in Gimias 1.4.1 I've noticed that it doesn't work
correctly.
Having an image of dimensions 128x128x256, when I want to crop it from 128
to 255 in z (a result of 128 slices) I get an image of dimensions
127x127x127.
If I use the Crooping Tool in Gimias 1.1 it works fine because I get an
image of dimensions 128x128x128 but the numbers that appear in the Bounding
Box are not correct as they go from 0 to 128 in x/y and 0 to 256 in z,
instead of 127 and 255 (this is correct in Gimias 1.4.1).
I hope I've explained myself.
Thank you,
Aida
