I will answer you in English because there are some people subscribed
to this list that does not speak Spanish and the questions you are asking
can be interesting for them. I hope this is not an inconvenient for you.
a) You can use any 3D image. For example this MRI image of the brain
from the GIMIAS sample data repository:
ftp://ftp.gimias.org/msv/NeuroImaging/SISCOM/MRI_T1_1.vtk
b) The default data transfer method between GIMIAS and the Grid,
transfers automatically the data loaded in GIMIAS to the Grid. However,
there's an alternative method that allows the Grid to download the data
from XNAT, that we could test in the future. The same applies for the
results.
c) When executing the Unicore Plugin Provider, you will retrieve the
list of Command Line Plugins that are available in Unicore. In order to use
this Command Line Plugins locally, you need to compile/install the plugins
in you machine. Unicore is executed in a Grid of Linux computers. If your
machine is Linux, then you could share the same Command Line Plugins with
the Grid. However if your machine is Windows, there's no possibility to
reuse the same binary between both platforms.
