Hi Lefteris,
For the next version (1.5), it will be possible to activate a workflow
from the installation. You need to create a config.xml file and pass it as
an argument when executing GIMIAS:
--load_config=C:\Users\xplanes\Desktop\config.xml
Please find attached an example configuration file.
The .t2flow files are workflows in Taverna Workbench format. These
workflows have been removed in version 1.5 because they are available
online, in myExperiment web site:
http://www.myexperiment.org/users/23858/workflows
