We are pleased to announce that the GIMIAS-1.5.r1 release is now available.
This version fixes several bugs and includes these new features:
- External applications: Now is possible to setup an external
application in GIMIAS and use it as another processing tool, hiding
the execution details to the end-user.
- Biomedical Imaging Workflows: A new approach for composition and
execution of biomedical workflows is presented that allows interactive
batch processing and parameter sweep.
- DICOM Browser: DICOM Browser functionality has been enhanced to
allow browsing DICOM entries, DICOM entry sequences and automatic
management of DICOM time series.
