LECHON MANOK*
• Thaw chicken by submerging the unopened pack in cold water.
• Remove chicken from plastic.
• Brush oil on chicken to seal in the flavor
• Place chicken inside turbo broiler.
• Set turbo broiler at 350 to 400˚F
• Broil chicken for 1 to 1 ½ hours or until golden brown. Serve with lechon
sauce or vinegar with sliced red onions, garlic and freshly ground pepper.
Add chili (siling labuyo) if desired.

LECHON LIEMPO*
• Thaw liempo by submerging the unopened pack in cold water.
• Remove liempo from plastic.
• Brush oil on liempo to seal in the flavor
• Place liempo inside turbo broiler.
• Set turbo broiler at 350 to 400˚F
• Broil liempo for 1 to 1 ½ hours or until golden brown. Serve with lechon
sauce or vinegar with sliced red onions, garlic and freshly ground pepper.
Add chili (siling labuyo) if desired.
