* LECHON MANOK* • Thaw chicken by submerging the unopened pack in cold water. • Remove chicken from plastic. • Brush oil on chicken to seal in the flavor • Place chicken inside turbo broiler. • Set turbo broiler at 350 to 400˚F • Broil chicken for 1 to 1 ½ hours or until golden brown. Serve with lechon sauce or vinegar with sliced red onions, garlic and freshly ground pepper.
