In fact, there were a couple of problems in compiling the current
gimp-1-2 with MSVC (the makefile.msc in app and libgimp weren't quite
up-to-date, for instance), but I fixed them a moment ago. Didn't
notice anything like Jason's ToolType problem, though, so that's still
a mystery. Could it be some kind of line ending problem?
