The toolbox...

Hi developers, 

 Kelly did a try to clean up this issue with the hwrapbox which is
 currently used in the toolbox. Unfortunately this hasn't helped a lot
 and since other approaches for the toolbox after 1.2 rise up it seems
 sensible to revert to the old behaviour (which is fine, what should
 the use of gtkhwrapbox get us?)...

 Anyone?
