GIMP developers are the bestest

since we've had so much arguing on here lately, i thought everyone could
use a little positivity.  i'm just HAPPY HAPPY HAPPY.  i told sjburges
on irc about my floating layer to new layer difficulty with key commands
so in a few minutes he sat down and wrote me a script.  so i think gimp
developers are the bestest!!
