Hello, GIMP developers. I created short Viola-Jones face detection algorithm description. Documentation can be found on site SQFACE.RU in Russian. If you will be interested in writing GIMP plugin for face detection (not using OpenCV), I can do it. My program's source code is under AGPLv3+ license.
