Attached is a simple colour manipulation plugin along with some docs.
The plugin allows you to easily turn this. into this.
The interface allows you to select a colour and the colour you want it
to turn into.
The plugin requires the numpy and scipy.interpolate.Rbf standard libraries.
Plugin will only appear in gimp if it is placed in the plug in folder
and given execute permission.
Plugin appears on colours menu under name colour swap.
Plugin crashes when multiple From colours are identical.
Plugin and email and example page work may be used according to the gimp
licence.
As you can see this plugin is simple and versatile. I hope it can be
added to gimp.
(The numpy and scipy standard libraries have features suitable for a
wide range of image processing tasks.)
