photocomix, I was not suggesting banning _you_. I clearly suggested requesting they remove the feature or blocking for...@gimpusers.com , not you personally. What seems inappropriate is the automated interface on the blog. If anything, it should be following to gimp-users ML. gimp-devel has always been open to individuals who want to join the list and get the posts. I'm fairly sure no one has even needed to be banned. This is a new feature on that blog so we can just wait and see.
