I put 3.0.9 up on gimp-print.sourceforge.net, and Sven checked the
equivalent into the Gimp proper.

This will be the last standalone release on the 3.0 branch. The
standalone code is getting too far out of sync with the Gimp CVS
repository to make this very easy, and the real action is happening in
3.1, anyway.

There may still be updates to 3.0, either bug fixes or new features
(probably just new UI stuff; 3.1 has changed fairly extensively
internally, and bringing the new printer stuff back would be too much
effort and too risky).
