Proves nothing, but I just updated #10498 with some trivia I've

Mailed straight to the number, no other recipients or CC's. and got
the Webmaster autoresponse at Thu, 5 Oct 2000 20:51:33 -0400.
The web page is not updated yet (21:45 -0400), but that often lags
an hour or two.
I was one of the #8150 correspondents last weekend; reviewing the
mail I have, I was CC'ing bugs.gnome.org. On reflection, I don't
believe that bug.gnome.org has ever responded to a CC. I think
the autoresponder responds only to direct mail (must look this up...)
