Icon of color picker

Hello everybody,

After Tobias G�rder message, i've tried to use color picker on the image and
i've seen a little "bug" (it isn't really in fact) with the mouse cursor:
when the mouse fly over transparent zone, the cursor become "pipette with
forbidden panel". The problem is that in this configuration, the tip of the
pipette is no more on the pixel.

A simple suggestion.
