To simplify document repositories for non-developers and other contributors not
directly involved in GIMP application development, Github provides free
technical support for issues like this.
Instead of waiting for a developer to get back to a writer, for example, on the
particulars of their source repository implementation, etc., all issues could
be handled by those dedicated to such.
Nothing is really moving with GIMP, it seems; so, I think these types of
suggestions should be taken very seriously. Everyone is obviously very busy,
and no one seems to have the bandwidth for any kind of problems that crop up
like these.
