libgdk-win32-2.0-0.dll seems like a clue to me … I don't understand any

Could http://comments.gmane.org/gmane.comp.video.gimp.user/21283 be the
solution? That is, search the computer for files named
"libgdk-win32-2.0-0.dll", and rename any such files that are _not_
within the GIMP directory.
