I put the files in the C:\Program Files\GIMP 2\lib\gimp\2.0\plug-ins folder.  
Putting them in the .gimp-2.8\plug-ins folder in the Users directory doesn't 
work.

What's the difference between the two folders? When should I use one over the 
other?
