Hi, I hope the subject isn't too vague.
As a novice, I have the book by Smith and Joost, and printed out most of the gimp manual. I can't find answers for the following.
1. After I crop, size and save a photo, in the Open menu later the cursor and hourglass flash. And the thumbnail title says something like "not up to date". I must have missed a step but I've tried many times with the same result.
2. I find no description of how to delete/remove an image from the gimp list/memory.
